Delivery Options
Home or Workplace Delivery
We aim to dispatch all uniform orders within three working days, usually via Royal Mail. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
The cost for home or workplace delivery is £3.95.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 10 additional working days to account for any delays in transit. After this time, we recommend contacting your local Royal Mail delivery office (you’ll need your house number and postcode) to check whether they are holding your parcel.
If Royal Mail confirm they do not have your order, please contact us straight away at info@proservegroup.com, quoting your order number and order date, and we’ll be happy to investigate further for you.
Please note that if we’re not contacted within this timeframe, we may be limited in how we can help.
If your order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the delivery office following a failed delivery attempt, a re-delivery charge will apply. Returned parcels can take up to four weeks to reach us.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service for postal returns. All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method, and a new order can then be placed.
Click & Collect – In-Store
Click & Collect is free of charge.
Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready before coming into store to collect.
Summer Holiday School Collection
To make collecting your uniform easier during the summer holidays, we offer a School Collection service at selected schools on the dates below.

Thursday 20th August – 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Paignton Academy
Tuesday 11th August – 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Thursday 27th August – 4:00pm to 5:45pm
Coombeshead Academy
Tuesday 18th August – 3:45pm to 5:15pm
Teign School
Wednesday 19th August – 10:30am to 2:30pm
Thursday 20th August – 10:30am to 2:30pm
How do I choose School Collection?
When placing your order online:
Add the Summer Holiday School Collection product to your basket.
Select and confirm your preferred collection date and time slot.
Continue shopping as normal and proceed to checkout.
At the delivery stage, select "Delivery to School (not available for schools in EX3, EX5, EX8 or EX9)". This delivery option carries a £0.50 handling charge.
Please note that your order will only be delivered to your chosen school if you have selected both the Summer Holiday School Collection product and the School Delivery option at checkout.
When collecting your order, please: Arrive during your selected collection time slot, bring your order number and be able to confirm the child's name the order was placed for.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee collection outside of the advertised times, so please ensure you attend within your chosen collection window.
