Delivery & Collection Information

Delivery – to home or workplace

We aim to send all uniform orders placed for home/workplace delivery within three working days, usually via the Royal Mail, and will send you an email when your order is dispatched. Please expect delivery to take up to 3-5 working days. Uniform delivery to work or home is £3.95.

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please add ten working days in case of delays in transit. Once these extra tendays have passed, please contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode to establish if they have your parcel. After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your parcel, please contact us straightaway via email at info@proservegroup.com, quoting your order number and date of order so that we can look into the situation further for you. If you do not contact us within this timescale we may not be able to do anything to help.

If your order is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the delivery office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the delivery cost to re-send the item.  Please note that it can take up to four weeks for us to receive the returned order.

Please note we do not offer an exchange service for orders returned by post. All returned items will be refunded via the original payment method and a new order should be placed.

The order cut-off date for these deliveries is usually four working days before the collection date. Please wait for an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for collection from the following points:
