Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it in store or via the post with your receipt, in its original packaging and in the condition it was purchased, unworn and with the labels intact within 28 days for a full refund. Please note that items not in their original packaging and without tags are not possible to return.

For Back to School we have an extended returns policy. Any items purchased from 1st July and returned in store or in the post on or before 12th September will be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Our returns policy excludes the following items (unless faulty):  club and teamwear, leavers' hoodies, personalised goods, mouth guards, socks, tights and swimwear without hygiene strip

Please note we do not offer an exchange service for orders returned by post. We do not offer free returns, and please keep proof of postage. Please include either a copy of your invoice or a note with your details in the package.  All returned items will be refunded via original payment method and a new order should be placed.  Exclusions above apply.

Please note that items cannot be returned via your school.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Any items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase (proof of purchase required for exchange or refund) will be reviewed for a manufacturer’s fault and replaced or refunded. We may offer a repair if deemed appropriate.

Please note we cannot accept dirty/unwashed garments for health and hygiene reasons.
